Microsoft Account logins are working again.
While we were expecting dozens of e-mails, we did not expect hundreds and hundreds of e-mails. As a result we decided to restore an admin-backend to simplify user account management first. This created some delay, but we can now process support inquiries faster. Support has fully caught up and all e-mails have been answered.
Added a new page with "Known Issues" to try to reduce the number of support e-mails being received.
Updated our timeline with regards to restoration of functionality.
Added additional answers to questions relating to resetting passwords of old accounts.
Three days later than expected, mostly as a result of a very large database import (35GB) taking very long. There were buffer errors and optimization was required. The hours-long import process had to be restarted many times. Currently, account access has been restored, but other functionality not yet. We felt it was more important to give an update then to wait until everything was working again. You can login here. The following functionality is currently working:
Login with username/password or with a social login provider
Logout of the website
Reset Password using the original credentials when logging in with a username/password
We expect the following functionality to be available by April 29, 2021 (updated in the timeline).
Balances and transaction overview of the listed coins
Referral network overview (referral count)
Added login link to the left menu (on this page)
Added answers to questions regarding account functionality.
