General Support Channels

When approaching QoinPro, please use official support channels only. There were/are several fake social media accounts claiming to be administrators or users trying to find referrals through referral links disguised as support staff.

There are currently NO social media accounts active other than the ones listed on this page. Existing accounts will - at some point be discontinued.

All incoming e-mails have to be processed manually and QoinPro has discontinued for years now. Responses are subject to delays and only relatively coherent and complete messages (in English) will be responded to. The spam filters are aggressive.

Please note: QoinPro will never ask for your password, private key, seed or anything similar. When anybody asks, DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM.

QoinPro will also NEVER ask (or require) you to make a deposit to any address.

How can I unsubscribe from your Newsletter?

There are no newsletters to unsubscribe from.

It is not possible to unsubscribe from marketing emails, because all marketing subscription lists have been cleared and deleted to respect your privacy. You (and everybody else) has already been unsubscribed.

The last newsletters were relating to the Corona Pandemic and were sent out to subsets of users in 2020. The last newsletters related to the faucet would have been sent out late 2019 or shortly after.

Fake newsletters were circulating in the past (phishing e-mails). If you receive any newsletter appearing to come from QoinPro, you can safely delete it.

How can I unsubscribe from your Waiting Lists?

Similarly to newsletters, there are no more waiting lists to unsubscribe from. The last waiting lists for experiments surrounding features to become DeFi centric during the pandemic, but these efforts were ultimately unsuccessful.

To protect your privacy, all waiting-lists have been cleared and deleted. If you were on any waiting list, you (and everybody else) have been unsubscribed completely.

Why do you not reply on Social Media?

During the time the faucet was operational, replies were sporadic and typically only in the form of general statements or notifications. QoinPro didn't reply to specific inquiries because of privacy and security considerations. It's also not possible to monitor and manage the communication across all channels.

QoinPro has discontinued all services for years now and social media accounts are not being maintained. The remaining accounts listed on this page will - at some point in the future - also be discontinued.
