Account balances are converted and withdrawn using LTC, transactions after 2020 are processed manually and subject to fees and potential delays
My past outgoing transaction did not arrive
All outgoing transactions have a corresponding TXID (transaction ID) that is visible on the blockchain and your TXID is available upon request.
Occasionally an outgoing transfer was pending and could not be processed (usually for technical reasons). These transactions (without a corresponding TXID) have been reversed and are back in your balance.
What is the "Withdraw all to LTC" option?
QoinPro has discontinued all services. For this reason, and because most balances are below the required thresholds for withdrawals, we've introduced the "Withdraw all to LTC" option.
When requesting an outgoing transfer request, all your balances will be converted to Litecoin (LTC) to an address you specify. This will effectively reduce all your balances to zero.
Please send a native non-bech32 LTC address. We do not support Bech32 based LTC address, nor do we support wrapped LTC tokens. Please send it as a string we can copy and paste, do not send it as a QR code or a photo.
Litecoin (LTC) was chosen because it is fast, cheap and liquid. An 8% conversion fee will be deducted to cover maker/taker fees or conversion fees, slippage and transfer fees to an exchange.
The "Withdraw all to LTC" option does not have a minimum threshold, any amount can be withdrawn and we will cover the transfer fees.
Can you withdraw to a wrapped LTC token?
We do not support withdrawing LTC to wrapped tokens, such as LTC on Binance Smart Chain, please provide a native LTC address.
Is it possible to "Withdraw all" to another coin?
Unfortunately not. We decided to standardize the procedure so we can help all users faster. Litecoin (LTC) was chosen, because it is fast, cheap and liquid. It can easily be converted to something else at an exchange.
What are the minimum withdrawal thresholds?
There is no minimum, there is an 8% conversion fee to convert other crypto currencies to LTC that includes any network fees, so we do not charge any transaction fee.
What are the transaction fees?
Other than the 8% conversion to LTC fee, there is no outgoing transfer fee, we will cover the fee. Your account will be closed afterwards and can no longer be used.
Can I request a manual transfer
Yes, though all balances have been converted to LTC and have to be processed manually. They are subject to potential delays, KYC procedures and storage fees.
