Outgoing Transactions (a.k.a. withdrawals) can be processed when their respective nodes are online and the middle-ware has been redeveloped (see current situation in the left menu).
My past outgoing transaction did not arrive
βAll outgoing transactions sent before April 29, 2021 without a corresponding TXID have been reversed and are back in your balance. This is necessary to avoid confusion and because not everybody will have access to the address they originally entered.β
βQoinPro is discontinuing custodial services. For this reason, and because many balances are below the required thresholds, we've introduced the "Withdraw all to LTC" option.β
Upon request, all your balances will be converted to Litecoin (LTC) to an address you specify. Afterwards all your wallets at QoinPro will be closed and can no longer be used.β
Please send a native non-bech32 LTC address. We do not support Bech32 based LTC address, nor do we support wrapped LTC tokens. Please send it as a string we can copy and paste, do not send it as a QR code or a photo.β
Litecoin (LTC) was chosen because it is fast, cheap and liquid. An 8% conversion fee will be deducted to cover maker/taker fees or conversion fees, slippage and transfer fees to an exchange.β
The "Withdraw all to LTC" option does not have a minimum threshold, any amount can be withdrawn and we will cover the transfer fees.β
Can you withdraw to a wrapped LTC token?
βWe do not support withdrawing LTC to wrapped tokens, such as LTC on Binance Smart Chain, please provide a native LTC address.β
Is it possible to "Withdraw all" to another coin?
βUnfortunately not. We decided to standardize the procedure so we can help all users faster. Litecoin (LTC) was chosen, because it is fast, cheap and liquid. It can easily be converted to something else at an exchange.β
What are the minimum withdrawal thresholds?
βThe minimum withdrawal threshold has been reduced significantly and is set for each coin to be the equivalent of:β
If you choose the "Withdraw all to LTC" option, then there is no minimum and we won't charge a transfer fee. Your wallets will be closed afterwards.β
Why are transaction fees so high?
βTransaction fees are essentially mining fees and are determined by the network, not by us. The fees go to the miners that validate the transactions, they do not go to us and we have no influence over the transaction fee other than an indication of speed that we set in which we want the transaction to be processed. For all transactions, we use the "average" speed, which corresponds to a confirmation within 5-10 blocks.β
Because transaction fees are so high, our "Withdraw all to LTC" option, uses Litecoin (LTC), transfers there are fast and cheap and we will cover the transaction fees.β
What are the transaction fees when we make a withdrawal?
βIf you choose the "Withdraw all to LTC" option, there is no outgoing transfer fee, we will cover the fee. Your wallets will be closed afterwards and can no longer be used.β
For individual transfers, transaction fees and GAS fees are determined by the network.
βYes, manual outgoing transfers can be processed for the following coins. Send an e-mail to [email protected] with your request. Please observe the deadlines.β
Failure to meet the deadlines will result in the coin being converted to Litecoin (LTC) with an 8% conversion fee to cover maker/taker fees or conversion fees, slippage and transfer fees to an exchange. Litecoin (LTC) was chosen, because it is fast, cheap and liquid.β
The deadlines are:β
Bitcoin Cash (BCH) - Last withdrawal request date: August 30, 2021
Litecoin (LTC) - Last withdrawal request date: December 31, 2021
Bitcoin (BTC) - Last withdrawal request date: December 31, 2021
Can I withdraw delisted coins?
βDelisted coins such as Bitcoin Gold (BTG), Cardano (ADA), Dogecoin (DOGE), Peercoin (PPC) and Feathercoin (FTC) will be converted to Litecoin (LTC). Please send an e-mail to [email protected] to request a withdrawal. Your balances and transactions will be available when your account has been restored (see timeline).
Will my 2FA still be enabled for outgoing transfers?
βYes, all 2FA settings are in-tact, when you reenter a withdrawal (see timeline when this is possible), you'll need to specify your 2FA code.β
How can I reset my 2FA for outgoing transfers?
βResetting your 2FA (two-factor authentication) will be possible after account access has been restored and outgoing transfers can be processed manually again (see timeline). Before then, it is not possible to reset 2FA.
