Outgoing Transactions

Outgoing Transactions (a.k.a. withdrawals) can be processed when their respective nodes are online and the middle-ware has been redeveloped (see current situation in the left menu).

My outgoing transaction did not arrive

All outgoing transactions sent before April 29, 2021 that are not visible on the blockchain will have been reversed by April 29, 2021 (see timeline). This is necessary to avoid confusion and because not everybody will have access to the address they originally entered.

Outgoing transactions can be reentered a little later (see timeline).

What are the minimum withdrawal thresholds?

The minimum withdrawal threshold has been reduced significantly and is set to be the equivalent of:

Minimum withdrawal = $1.00 USD + Transaction fees

Why are transaction fees so high?

Transaction fees are essentially mining fees and are determined by the network, not by us. The fees go to the miners that validate the transactions, they do not go to us and we have no influence over the transaction fee other than an indication of speed that we set in which we want the transaction to be processed. For all transactions, we use the "average" speed, which corresponds to a confirmation within 5-10 blocks.

What are the transaction fees when we make a withdrawal?

Transaction fees and GAS fees are determined by the network when choosing "average" transaction processing speed.

Can I request a manual transfer

Yes, manual outgoing transfers can be processed for the following coins. Send an e-mail to [email protected] with your request. Please observe the deadlines. Failure to meet the deadlines will result in the coin being converted to Ethereum

  • Bitcoin Gold (BTG) - Last withdrawal request date: June 25, 2021

  • Cardano (ADA) - Last withdrawal request date: June 25, 2021

  • Peercoin (PPC) - Last withdrawal request date: June 30, 2021

  • Feathercoin (FTC) - Last withdrawal request date: June 30, 2021

  • Dogecoin (DOGE) - Last withdrawal request date: June 30, 2021

Can I withdraw delisted coins?

Bitcoin Gold (BTG) and Cardano (ADD) can still be withdrawn before June 25, 2021, after that, they will be converted to Ethereum. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] to request a withdrawal. Your balances and transactions will be available when your account has been restored (see timeline).

Will my 2FA still be enabled for outgoing transfers?

Yes, all 2FA settings are in-tact, when you reenter a withdrawal (see timeline when this is possible), you'll need to specify your 2FA code.

How can I reset my 2FA for outgoing transfers?

Resetting your 2FA (two-factor authentication) will be possible after account access has been restored and outgoing transfers can be processed manually again (see timeline). Before then, it is not possible to reset 2FA.
