To reset your password, please follow the following instructions:
Go to https://auth.qoinpro.com
Click on "Login" in the upper right corner of the screen
Click on "Don't remember your password?" at the bottom of the login dialog.

If you are unable to reset your password, please contact support at [email protected]. They will reply within 24 hours.
This can happen in the following situations.
Your account is an old account. Initially (yeas ago), people logged in with a username/password combination instead of an e-mail/password combination. Please contact [email protected] with the e-mail address you originally used to sign-up as well as the username you used.
The e-mail is not being sent. This is unlikely, but we will be able to see if this is the case and why it is being rejected. Please contact [email protected] with the e-mail address of the account you are trying to reset.
