Where can I login or access my Wallet on the QoinPro Website?

My password isn't working

It is possible that a social media account (such as Google or Facebook) is connected to your account. If so, please login using that instead of using a password.

When I login I get a message that my account is blocked

This happens when there are 10+ failed login attempts from your IP address. The only way to gain access to your account is to reset your password.

When I login the page keeps redirecting to the homepage

We are using the industry leader Auth0 for login functionality to the site as such, 3rd party cookies have to be enabled in your browser.

You can usually find it under "Settings" - "Privacy" - "Cookies".

Please enable the setting and see if you're still having problems logging in. If you do, please contact [email protected] with additional information.

How can disable 2FA for login?

2FA or two-factor authentication is not necessary to login (and never was). The functionality was only available to protect making withdrawals.
