2021 Timeline

We have left out the development roadmap. The timeline displayed here is to manage expectations with regards to delistings and restored functionality to the former website.

DONE: March 31, 2021

Final date that users will receive daily coins. The final transaction will be visible when account access has been restored.

DONE: April 12, 2021

Launch of this website with an elaborate FAQ and information regarding the current situation, the past, as well as future plans for QoinPro (excluding development plans).

DONE: April 23, 2021

Account Access to the former website has been restored, though with a one day delay. People will be able to login using their original credentials / social login provider, access their wallets and see their balances.

Historic transaction overviews were expected to be available at this point, however that is going to take another few days.

All pending outgoing transactions will have been reversed and this is reflected in the balances. The reversal is necessary, to avoid confusion about where the coins are and because we cannot be certain everybody still has access to the addresses they provided.

Since all previous Airdrops/Airdrips have expired, the relevant page will have been removed from the dashboard. All future Airdrops/Airdrips will be handled by StartPage.Finance (SP.F). Transactions relating to past Airdrops/Airdrips will be visible in your transaction overview.

Instant exchange functionality will no longer be available (conversion of one coin to another coin).

Final daily coin transactions will be shown in the transaction overview dated March 31, 2021.

Account Closure and Data Erasure requests have been processed.

An updated timeline will be published with regards to incoming and outgoing transactions. The timeline will be per coin basis since each non ERC-20 token has it's own chain and it's own node.

The first outgoing transactions will be possible on May 3, the last no later than May 23, 2021.

Reset Password functionality should have been restored. Users should now be able to login, logout, reset password, close accounts and submit data erasure requests (through [email protected]).

This timeline (with regards to restoring functionality and processing transactions) has been updated based on our current understanding of the situation.

Update April 29, 2021: Considering the delay in restoring wallet functionality, we will be focusing on that first and reconsider reintegrating Messari at a later time.

This took a little longer due to the necessity to restore admin-backend functionality first. Admin-backend functionality to simplify user management was restored on April 28, 2021.

DONE: May 3, 2021

First outgoing transactions (for select coins) are possible again (even if manually). Previously transactions without a TXID have been reversed and previous addresses have been retired. Actual processing of outgoing transactions depends on the timeline per coin/node published.

ONGOING: May 23, 2021

The last node of all available coins should be online, marking the beginning of when all outgoing transactions should be able to be processed again. For a detailed timeline regarding the processing of outgoing transactions, please read the "Wallets & Transactions" part of the FAQ.

All Wallets on the website and the Mobile App should be synchronized. Support for the mobile App on Android will reach EOL (End of Life) and be discontinued.

Refund requests for In-App purchases on the discontinued QoinPro App are no longer be processed.

Refund requests for In-App purchases on the discontinued QoinPro App are no longer be processed. The previous deadline was June 15, 2021, but this has been extended to allow users more time to request a refund.
